Curriculum
Our curriculum is drawn from the North Carolina Standard Course of
Study, the North Carolina Reference Guide for Integrating Curriculum,
and the CORE Knowledge Series (through grade six).
Our certified teachers use these resources as a basis for the
development of an individualized, child-centered curriculum.
Our goal is to use the integrative learning programs that
interest, challenge, and encourage our students on all levels, as well
as making learning fun. Students
will, at their own pace, acquire the standard skills recommended by the
NC State Board of Education through basic skills training and enrichment
activities.
