Donations
The
Learning
Community
School
is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation and, as such, all donations to TLC
are tax-deductible. Because
TLC is an independent school, we receive no state funding and must rely
on tuition fees, fundraising, and donations to pay for our operating
expenses. If you would like
to make a contribution to TLC, please contact Holly at 828-686-3080 or

Gift Card Sales
You can purchase Ingles gift cards in the TLC office in $25, $50,
and $100 increments. TLC
receives 5% of each Ingles card that is sold.
These gift cards can be used at any Ingles.
Using your card at the Ingles Gas Express gas station reduces the
amount you pay by $.03 per gallon.
If you regularly shop at Ingles, you can link your
Ingles Advantage card to TLC. When you make purchases using
the Ingles Advantage Card, Ingles will give back a portion to the
school of those sales. These funds can be used by TLC to
purchase valuable school supplies.
To link your Ingles Advantage card to TLC, please call or email
the TLC office with the 12-digit number found on the back of your
card. It only takes a few minutes to link your card and TLC
benefits tremendously.
Gift Card Sales
You
can purchase Earth Fare gift cards in the TLC office in $25, $50, and
$100 increments. TLC
receives 6% of each gift card that is sold.
Earth Fare is a natural and organic foods market located in
Westgate
Plaza
in Asheville.

You
can also purchase Greenlife gift cards in the TLC office in $25,
$50, and $100 increments. TLC receives 7% of each gift card
that is sold. These cards can be used at any Greenlife.
Organic
Coffee and Tea Sales
Certified organic, whole-bean Bolivia Caranavi coffee
is available for sale in
the TLC office for $9 a pound. Certified
organic green tea with citrus and ginkgo and organic Passion Plum tea
with ginseng are also available in the office for $5.
Box
Tops for Education
TLC collects Box Tops for Education coupons, which are found on
General Mills products. TLC receives $.10 for each
coupon. This is an excellent way for grandparents, neighbors,
and other family members to support TLC. Coupons can be sent
to TLC, P.O. Box 1143, Black Mountain, NC 28711.
